MEET DARIA
Hi! I'm Daria, certified power yoga instructor and lover of all things fitness.
Before studios closed, I practiced yoga at least 4 times per week. But when an at-home practice became my new normal, I found myself unmotivated by the classes I followed online.
I’m happiest when movement is my priority. That’s why I decided to create my own method – one that would keep me focused, challenged and aligned with my goals. My classes combine vinyasa yoga with other forms of movement like sculpting, mobility and stretching, all programmed to a thoughtfully curated playlist.
With a method that allows you to get out of your head and focus on the movements and mindful music, I believe you can move through any stagnant energy in and around you to achieve a physical, emotional and mental release.
Since working out (and doing pretty much everything!) from home, I have found motivation and incredible energy through the power of human connection. I find that moving with others, even virtually, offers the sense of community that I have been missing. For this very reason, I offer my weekly classes live on Zoom. Although you certainly don’t have to turn your camera on, I invite you to show up and experience the warm and welcoming energy of a virtual community.
